Does your faith in yourself thoroughly empower you?

No one can do a great job or start with the intent of doing a great job without unshakable belief in themselves.

. Don't get me wrong. As a person of faith, I have seen and experienced countless miracles. I am aware of the power of faith and have read many articles on acts of survival and heroism. You may or may not have adopted a faith system. Either way, science also supports people's survivability from brutality and catastrophe using faith. I invite you to micro-manage what we get from our faith systems. We generally feel protected, comforted, and cared for. Our faith lets us operate free from fear, loneliness, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness. Isn't this the most favorable way to be? We are always at our best when relaxed and confident. Yet, this is traceable to us as a physical being. What if we acted that same way, believing we could do it, knowing we could find some way to achieve our goals? The faith we have in ourselves is irreplaceable. So, how do you have more or create faith in yourself? As with anything, there is always a complex answer—or the foundation is complex—but we can help ourselves. We need to know ourselves first because there are as many versions of life as there are people. Everyone grows from their perceptions, experiences, interpretations, and mindset. There is no one-size-fits-all. So, how do we create a solid, practical faith in ourselves? Here are some great ways that I have helped myself and others. 1. Practice self-care: Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being by getting enough sleep, eating healthily, exercising regularly, and practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing. 2. Set realistic goals: Break down your goals into smaller, achievable steps and celebrate your successes. Well-designed goals will help you build confidence and faith in your abilities. 3. Surround yourself with positive influences: Spend time with people who uplift and support you, and avoid those who bring you down or discourage you. Seek mentors or role models who inspire you to reach your full potential. 4. Challenge negative self-talk: Replace self-limiting beliefs with positive affirmations and empowering thoughts. Reframe setbacks or failures as opportunities for growth and learning. 5. Take risks and embrace uncertainty: Stepping outside your comfort zone and trying new things can help you build resilience and faith in your ability to handle challenges. 6. Practice gratitude: Focus on what you are grateful for and acknowledge your accomplishments, no matter how small. Appreciation can help shift your perspective and cultivate a sense of inner strength and resilience. 7. Seek spiritual guidance: Explore practices such as prayer, meditation, or mindfulness to connect with your inner self and tap into a more profound sense of faith and purpose. 8. Reflect on past successes: Recall times when you have overcome obstacles or achieved your goals, and use these experiences as reminders of your strengths and abilities. 9. Seek support: Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist for encouragement and guidance. Having a solid support system can help you navigate challenges and stay grounded in your faith in yourself. 10. Keep learning and growing: Invest in your personal development by seeking out new experiences, taking up hobbies, or learning new skills. Continuous growth and self-improvement can help you build confidence and faith in your abilities. Even the most reliable person can fail you. Or they may not be available. You are with you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. It stands to reason that you must be your best and always want what's best for you. Accurate, proficient, and quick thinking are paramount during a crisis. However, it doesn't matter how capable we are if we don't trust ourselves. We won't trust anything we have not grown to trust through dependability. There is unexplainable peace in life when we have faith in ourselves. We never have to be in a place that we didn't choose or regret following advice from someone or something that needs to be more knowledgeable. As we create better results from improved decision-making, we become more trusting of what we do and think. I wasted time paralyzing my actions by overthinking and not trusting my choices. If we add the fear of failure to the lack of faith in ourselves, our whole lives will disappear, leaving a path of misery, regret, and ineffectiveness. Life is too short and precious to waste another second of unlimited opportunities with limited wastefulness. Faith in something bigger than ourselves is beneficial, but we need more trust in ourselves to step onto the starting line. There is no advantage in waiting for someone to do something for us that we can do for ourselves. Let's do it! See you on the mountaintop. Let's be great together. Elevate, Achieve, and Soar.
